Depending on your location, the delivery can take several days. If it's been more than 10 days, please call our office at (315) 579-3919.

 

My purchase arrived damaged, what do I do?

We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping, but call the office at (315) 579-3919 to discuss options.

Book of Lists

How will my Book of Lists arrive?

Hard copy of the Book of Lists will arrive via 1st class mail via the USPS. Electronic version will be received via email.

 

When can I expect to receive it?

Your hard copy Book of Lists will go out within 24 hours of purchase and can take 2-4 business days to arrive. If the electronic version is ordered you should receive it once payment has been processed.

 

Can I pick up my hard copy at the corporate office in Syracuse, NY?

YES - you can. Please apply the discount code: PICKUP on the first page of checkout, next to the billing address section, if you would like to pick up your copy. Your copy will be ready when you arrive.

 

Can I order multiple copies of the Book of Lists?

YES - call our business office at (315) 579-3919 for a discounted rate.

 

Can I return the Book of Lists if I am not satisfied?

No - returns are not allowed after product is received.

How long should I expect the process to take?

A typical plaque will take approx. 7-10 business days (normal production time is 3-4 days after proof approval).

 

Can I get it quicker if needed?

YES - additional fees apply: 12x15 $40.00, 16x20 $45.00 or 18x24 $50.00

 

Do I get a copy of the article reprint?

YES - with your purchase of the plaque you will also be emailed a PDF reprint of the article.

 

Can I order more than 1 plaque of the same article?

YES - Call us at (315) 579-3919 for a discounted rate.

 

Does the plaque come with a back?

NO - but a back can be purchase separately if desired. The plaques come with mounting hardware, but the plaque is only 1 sided. If an additional backing is desired call the office at (315) 579-3919 for quote. Price will vary based on plaque size-we will need to reach out to the production company.

Article Reprints

What if I do not receive the initial confirmation email after the 24 – hour review process?

Can we print or share the reprint?

YES - as part of your purchase you obtain copyright privileges that will allow you to share your reprint as long as the article reprint isn’t modified from original format.

 

Can I get a plaque of article as well?

Yes, articles can be preserved as a plaque. Celebrate your accomplishments and commemorate your company’s rankings or article with a plaque created just for you. What if a hard copy is not available?

If we no longer have your issue in stock, we will substitute your purchase with an electronic version.

 

Can I stop at a newsstand and pick up a copy?

No- the Business Journal is not available for retail sale on newsstands.

 

What if I want multiple copies of a specific issue?

Call the business office for availability and pricing.

 

Can I share the electronic PDF w/ my colleagues?

Yes- you will be able to forward the email with the PDF.

Subscription Options

Where can I purchase a single hard copy of the Business Journal?

The Central New York Business Journal is a subscription based paper, therefore please contact circulation@cnybj.com for single hard copy or back issue\s. A single copy currently costs $5.50 (includes shipping)

 

Once I purchased a subscription package, I realized I changed my mind. Can I cancel the subscription?

Subscription Terms: Any type of subscription package can be cancelled at any time. However, the following applies:

  1. 1. Before 4 weeks: a full refund of the subscription package rate will be given minus the cost of the annual Book of Lists (currently $51.50).
  2. 2. After 4 weeks, a prorated refund of the subscription package rate (based upon the number of issues served) minus the cost of the annual Book of Lists (currently $51.50).

 

I have digital access to www.cnybj.com, can I share my log in credentials with others?

The subscription account is in your name and therefore the log in credentials will be set up for you. However, if you choose to share your credentials with others, be aware if you have a customer service question we will only respond to you as the subscription account holder.

 

I have not received my weekly issue, how can I obtain another copy?

We will replace up to 5 missing issues at no additional cost to you. However, if you are missing through the course of the subscription term more than 5 issues, we need to find a real solution to the problem.

 

It seems that my paper comes late and not always on the same day, why is that?

The Central New York Business Journal has a Monday delivery date, and it is mailed as “Standard Mail”. There is no guaranteed delivery time. Local mail is typically delivered in about 3-6 work days.

 

How many annual Book of Lists should I expect to receive under my subscription package?

If you have the 1-year package (combined or digital), you should expect only 1 annual Book of Lists. If you have the 2-year subscription package of any kind, you should expect to receive 2 annual Book of Lists, one for each year.

 

What if I would like to buy another annual Book of Lists, and I have a paid subscription?

You may purchase additional copies of the Book of Lists at a reduced rate. Please contact Circulation@cnybj.com directly and be prepared to provide your full account information.

 

Does my subscription package come with the digital version of the annual Book of Lists (PDF or Excel spreadsheets)?

No. Those options for the Book of Lists can be purchased separately through www.cnybj.com or by contacting circulation@cnybj.com
